Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Olshesky Design Group, LLC is capable of producing 3-D and 4-D Building Information Modeling (BIM). We use dynamic three-dimensional modeling software to generate and manage building data, the generated information can be used for many purposes throughout the building design and construction and facilities operation. We use these models to both present a spacial representation of our Architectural proposal and provide our client with an intelligent model that ensures the successful integration of building systems and architectural spaces. BIM organizes information with database technology, which we can use to provide our clients with:

spatial visualization
schedule acceleration
cost savings
reduced change orders
seamless coordination through conflict resolution
phases of construction and
budget control

to enhance our clients business operations.

The ODG team is also familiar with additional three-dimensional modeling programs including MicroStation, Revit, Sketch-Up, and Rhino.
