ODG was tasked with preparing a feasibility study for a 3,600 gsf existing warehouse space and proposing an interior fit-out of the space for a recreational health club, Generation Z. This project included preliminary design schemes, interior design, and code assessment. The health club will include a snack bar and lounge area. Architectural services were completed in 2007.
