Ms. Olshesky, President of Olshesky Design Group, LLC, is a registered architect and has over 25 years of architectural experience with an emphasis on environmentally sensitive design and building performance. In 2000, she founded her firm on the principles of sustainable building performane and successfully pursued a range of project types for both local and international clientele. She has received outstanding recommendations from her clients for keeping them involved in every aspect of the design process and completing project services on time and within budget. She has over 18 years experienceas a project manager, overseeing small residential renovations and multimillion dollar construction projects. Ms. Olshesky has the proven ability to lead large teams and deliver quality architectural services. She also has extensive experience with disaster resilient design and assesing the effects of natural disasters on buildings to determine how the industry can be better prepared in the future. Her firm’s practice has grown to include these capabilitites.
