ODG designed this new 2,000 gsf, two-story residence on the Potomac River for a sportsman after Hurricane Isabel destroyed the original residence. The interior layout for the first floor includes a kitchen, a great room, an office/bedroom, a guest bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room for sports gear. The interior layout for the second floor includes a master bedroom suite with expansive views of Occoquan Bay. ODG has the capability to design residences along the shoreline for disaster resilience from hurricane winds and flooding. Work for this project was completed in 2005.
