ODG provides review of healthcare projects at inception and through construction administration for the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Reviews of facility designs include site plans, schematics, and environmental and historic preservation documentation. ODG’s professionals review contract documents for compliance with all applicable building codes. ODG provides technical assistance, monitoring of construction, and site visits. Facilities range in complexity from rural outpatient clinics to hospitals. Project scope can range from a small 500 gsf renovation of clinic space to the construction of a 65,000 gsf cancer research center. Total project cost varies from $50,000 to $20 million.
